This website does not collect personal information. There are no forms, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels, and no cookies. Nothing you do on this page is recorded by us or shared with anyone.
01 Who this covers
This notice applies to the public website at simorghtechsolutions.com and nothing else. It is published by Simorgh Tech Solutions LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Georgia, United States.
It does not cover the CIOC platform. CIOC is a separate product with its own security, data-handling, and contractual terms, which are provided directly to customers and evaluation participants as part of their agreement. If you need CIOC's data-handling posture, security documentation, or sub-processor list, request it at contact@simorghtechsolutions.com.
02 What this site collects
Nothing. Specifically, this website does not:
- set cookies or write to browser storage;
- run analytics, session recording, or heat-mapping of any kind;
- contain forms, newsletter signups, or any other input field;
- embed third-party trackers, advertising tags, or social pixels;
- attempt to identify, profile, or fingerprint you.
The only external resource this site loads is a web font from Google Fonts. Your browser requests that font directly from Google, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that ordinary request. We receive nothing from it and cannot see it.
03 Server logs
This site is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the United States. Like essentially every web host, Azure keeps standard operational request logs, which can include your IP address, the time of your request, the page requested, and your browser's user-agent string. These logs exist so the service can be operated and defended against abuse. They are not used to build a profile of you, are not sold, and are not combined with anything else.
04 If you email us
Contact on this site is by plain email link. If you write to us, we receive whatever you choose to send — your address, your name, and the contents of your message — and we keep it for as long as needed to have the conversation and any business relationship that follows.
Company email is hosted on Microsoft 365. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent, or share your message with anyone outside the company except where we are legally required to.
05 Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to object to how it is used. Because this site collects nothing, in practice this will only ever concern email you have sent us.
To make a request, write to contact@simorghtechsolutions.com. We will respond within thirty days. We will not treat you differently for asking.
06 Children
This site is intended for a business audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
07 Changes
If this site ever starts collecting something — analytics, a contact form, anything — this notice will be updated before that change goes live, and the effective date at the top will change with it.
